Ryotei Unseian, located on a hill overlooking Matsushima, one of Japan's Three Most Scenic Spots, has been renewed into an all-inclusive style. Enjoy free drinks throughout your stay until check-out. The alcohol corner offers a wide variety of Miyagi's local sake, as well as beer, wine, and more. Additionally, don't miss the complimentary services that change by the hour. All Rooms are Western-style twin Rooms. From the Rooms on the second floor, you can enjoy a view of Matsushima Bay, including Fukuurabashi Bridge. The two baths can be reserved for private use free of charge depending on the time of day. Relax in the bath and savor the blissful moments with drinks and meals.

    This was my second stay.\nThe all-you-can-drink alcohol and juices available right after check-in, along with unlimited snacks and sweets, truly make it a paradise for relaxing. Since it’s adults-only, it’s quiet with a great atmosphere. The property was spotless and well maintained, and the meals were delicious.\nI’ll definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

  • A quiet, cozy, welcoming Accommodation

    From check-in, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles. The building felt inviting, with a thoughtful layout that created soft, gentle sunlight along the guest flow. We also appreciated the all-inclusive plan—especially the homemade-style snacks. The Room was very quiet: we couldn’t hear noise from next door or footsteps in the hallway. The bath could be reserved for private use in time slots, and the meals reflected genuine kindness and consideration for guests. The only thing was that my wife has limited mobility, so we would have appreciated grab bars. We really loved this Accommodation, and it’s easy to see why so many guests return.

Due to the enforcement of Miyagi Prefecture’s Accommodation Tax ordinance, an Accommodation Tax of JPY 300 per person per night will be charged separately for stays from Monday, January 13, 2026 onward.

This applies to guests whose Accommodation Fee (excluding tax) is JPY 6,000 or more per night.
Please note that the rate shown at the time of Reservation does not include the Accommodation Tax. We kindly ask that you pay it separately at check-in or check-out.
