The hot spring water is an alkaline simple spring. Known for its smooth texture, it is a beautifying Onsen that cleanses the skin by removing impurities. It warms the body from the core and is highly praised by Onsen enthusiasts, making you want to soak in it again and again. The spacious lounge connected to the entrance offers a relaxing space, and in the atrium lobby at the back, there is a floating stage featuring a three-dimensional gemstone painting of "Lady Sanjo," the lawful wife of Takeda Shingen. It serves as a perfect photo spot to commemorate your stay. For dinner, as an upgraded Facility among Itoen Hotels, we offer a creative Japanese set meal prepared by our head chef, along with a half-buffet. The menu changes with the seasons, providing exquisite dishes made with local ingredients. Of course, all-you-can-drink alcoholic beverages are also available. In addition to beer and sours, you can enjoy Yamanashi wines and local sake.

  • We were able to relax and take it easy.

    We traveled as three seniors and were worried about finding yukata that fit, but a wide range of sizes down to small ones was available, which was very helpful. The Room was also spacious, which made things easier for those with weak legs and hips. If possible, we felt that higher-backed floor chairs would be more comfortable. We appreciate your consideration in making it easy to get to the bath and dining area. Thank you very much.

  • It was great.

    We were very satisfied with the service for the price.We also used the karaoke, and it was the latest model. Check-in was at 3:00 PM, but we were able to check in from 1:00 PM, so we left our car and enjoyed a nearby winery within walking distance. Check-out was at 11:00 AM, so we could relax and take our time.
