[Please Read Before Your Stay]

THE BOXY AWAJI is a private, fully rented villa limited to one group per day. It features a pool, sauna, and jet bath, allowing you to enjoy a completely private stay.

Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is at 11:00.

We do not provide meals. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, a refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, and more. A vending machine is also located next to the property sign.

The pool is available from check-in until check-out; however, use at night is permitted only until 22:00. Please wear swimwear when using the pool, sauna, or jet bath.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building. Please use the designated smoking area on the premises. Pets are not allowed. As the property is located in a residential neighborhood, please be considerate of our neighbors—especially at night.

About Hygiene Measures
As part of our COVID-19 prevention measures, we are implementing the following initiatives. 1. To avoid direct face-to-face contact during check-in, we will take infection-prevention measures and conduct temperature checks and identity verification for all guests. 2.
