  • It was comfortable.

    This was a repeat stay. This time, I stayed in a Room with beds on tatami mats. The tatami showed slight signs of wear, but the Room was clean and I was able to relax. I was happy that the TV had BS channels. Nightwear was available to take from the elevator hall. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I would like to stay again when I have business in the area.

  • Great value for money

    Used for a Yokohama Arena live show It’s close to the station, with a decent number of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and I found a great-value Hotel just 9 minutes from Shin-Yokohama. I’d like to stay again, but I’d be happy if the parking fee could be set as a per-night rate. Arriving a little over an hour early and being charged for two days feels unfair. Still, they kindly stored my luggage before check-in and even put it in my Room. My actual check-in ended up being after midnight, but the front desk staff were very polite and helpful. I’d like to stay again. Sorry for the trouble regarding my forgotten item.
