    I stayed at your Hotel in Oita before, and since you also have a Hotel in Matsuyama, this is my second stay. The room was clean, breakfast was included, and there were no issues at all. I was surprised by how many guests there were. I’ve never seen a parking lot that full at any other Hotel—it really shows how popular it is.
