The service and the Room were excellent!We wanted to dine nearby and could only make a Reservation for 3:00 PM, so we contacted you in advance to let you know we would arrive before check-in, and you kindly accommodated us in various ways.The Room was relaxing, the Onsen was wonderful, and above all, breakfast—centered on local seafood—was so satisfying that we ate far too much.We would love to stay again.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 6/20/2026The Room was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay.During my stay, there was an issue with the Wi-Fi, but when I called the front desk they responded immediately and got it working again without any problems. I truly appreciate their quick and courteous support.The sauna isn’t very large, but it was quiet at the time I used it, so I was able to relax almost as if it were private. From the outdoor relaxation area, you can see Odawara Castle, which made for a wonderfully refreshing experience.The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, including local Odawara specialties. Everything was delicious and very satisfying. The view from the dining area was also great, making breakfast especially enjoyable.On the other hand, the breakfast venue was somewhat crowded—though this may have depended on the time of day.Overall, with comfortable guest Rooms, attentive staff service, excellent Onsen and sauna facilities, and a high-quality breakfast buffet, this is a Hotel I would recommend as a base for both sightseeing in Odawara and business trips.
