A basic Room setup and basic services! This was a very clean Hotel that focuses on the essentials, such as service, hospitality, and meals!
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 8/2/2026Stayed on September 26th. The pH level of the hot spring is said to be the highest in Japan at 11.38, so I immediately tried the bath with high expectations. The water was incredibly smooth and silky! The outdoor bath was also well-maintained, making it a very pleasant experience. The meals were delicious and served in generous portions—so much so that I could only manage to eat the apple for dessert. As expected from Nagano, the apples were absolutely amazing! At breakfast, I asked a staff member about whether the white on the mountains we could see was snow or not, and they kindly explained everything in detail. Although some staff seemed to be from overseas, both male and female members worked hard and left a great impression with their friendliness. Wishing them all the best! I’d love to return for that incredible hot spring experience again, but it’s quite far... Still, it was a one-night stay that truly allowed me to forget daily life. Thank you very much!
