I was amazed by the relaxed atmosphere of the Ryokan and the many delicious dishes—especially the abundance of fish—along with superb sake.The sunset and evening glow were incredibly beautiful and truly moving.

Indulge in luxurious delicacies such as locally sourced "Ise lobster," "abalone," and the tender, melt-in-your-mouth premium "Chita beef." From October to March, savor our exclusive seasonal "tiger pufferfish" course meal available only during this period.
The Supreme Kaiseki 'Jou'
Local fish sashimi, abalone, Chita beef, along with live spiny lobster sashimi and lobster soup, make up our highest-grade banquet, "Emotion."
An example of a dish
Luxurious shabu-shabu featuring 'Chita Beef Sirloin' that is tender, melts on the tongue, and spreads rich flavors. A five-variety stone-grilled steak platter with three rare cuts of Chita Beef, carefully selected by our head chef. Chita Beef Tataki Salad, Chita Beef Sushi, and Chita Beef Kamameshi. This is a meat kaiseki meal dedicated to the local Chita Beef brand.

"Fugu" that can only be enjoyed during this season. At our facility, to fully savor the texture of fugu slice by slice, we prepare it as "thick-cut tessa," a specialty of our head chef. Tessa, techiri, porridge, steamed shirako, fish sauce-grilled... and to finish, a cup of hire sake is included.
