    The building is new and located in front of Kumamoto Station, with spacious and clean rooms. The Onsen is small, but the water quality was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. There is only one elevator, so there might be a short wait, but everything else was very satisfying. The Aka-sake was delicious as well.

  • First-time Use

    I stayed for one night. The explanation during check-in was clear and delivered at a steady pace, rather than being rushed through like reading from a manual, which I really appreciated. The other staff members were also attentive and provided warm hospitality. However, one point to note is that while the warm-toned dim lighting may be designed for relaxation, it might not be suitable for tasks requiring brighter light. A daylight-colored desk lamp would be helpful (apologies if I missed noticing one).
