Choosing this Ryokan was the right decision!
No wonder so many guests rate this Ryokan so highly!!The staff were simply wonderful, and I was impressed from the very start of the morning.Although the staff member assisting us was not Japanese, the explanations were clear and made us excited for the day right away.The half-buffet offered nothing but delicious choices, and we loved being able to grill items over charcoal at our own table.We were completely satisfied from breakfast onward!Even after checkout, they saw us off with warm smiles—this has become one of the Ryokan we definitely want to visit again.Thank you to all the staff.

It was a wonderful and very satisfying Hotel!
I found this Hotel because I wanted to relax in the Onsen and soothe my everyday fatigue. This time I chose a breakfast-only Plan, but the food was incredibly delicious—and luxurious. Everything was beautifully presented. The stacked boxes were filled with wonderful dishes unique to Japanese cuisine, and the best item for me was the hamburger steak from the half-buffet! It was so juicy with no unpleasant meat smell at all, and it went perfectly with rice—I ended up getting seconds.They also served one piece per person of A5-grade beef, which was amazingly tender and melted in my mouth—it was so good it felt like my cheeks would fall off! And the salmon on the half-buffet was also outstanding; the salt seasoning was perfectly balanced, so delicious it genuinely impressed me.The staff who served us were extremely attentive, and I really enjoyed breakfast in a relaxed atmosphere. After that, I enjoyed soaking in both the private bath and the large public Onsen bath, which completely relieved my daily fatigue.It made me want to stay here again—and if breakfast is this amazing, it also made me want to try a dinner Plan as well! Next time I will definitely choose a dinner Plan too!I’m truly happy I could stay at such a wonderful Ryokan—thank you very much!

A Hidden Secret in the Back Mountain

Designed by the renowned garden design master Eiji Fukuda, we have planted Fujibakama flowers from the forest spring area to the mountain spring area to attract a certain butterfly. This elusive migratory butterfly, known as "Asagimadara," is said to be a miracle if encountered even once in a lifetime. We hope our guests at Tsuki e no Fune can witness the magical sight of these butterflies dancing in summer. The entire staff at Tsuki e no Fune eagerly awaits the day when Eiji Fukuda's heartfelt vision becomes reality.
