We stayed as a family of four from 2026/08/10.We arrived early to enjoy shopping and sightseeing, but my wife suddenly felt unwell and could barely move.When we contacted the Hotel right away, they did everything they could to help us.Thanks to their support, she recovered and we were able to have breakfast together the next morning.We are truly grateful to the Hotel and all the staff.Thank you very much.We will plan another stay!See you!
I learned about VISON from a TV program and had always wanted to visit. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with a friend during the last week of November. Our trip included visits to Toba Aquarium and Ise Shrine, and the access from the highway was convenient and easy to understand. Staying at Hatago VISON on San Sebastian Street was great as it was close to shops and restaurants. Although it was a Multiple Night Stay, thanks to the staff's thoughtfulness, we were able to change rooms each night, which allowed us to enjoy different rooms during our stay. On the second day, we had reserved dinner at a specific time, but since there were group guests making it lively around that time, the staff kindly suggested changing our dinner reservation to an earlier time so we could enjoy our meal in peace. The starry sky seen from our room at night and the early morning scenery were both stunningly beautiful, providing an escape from reality that left us feeling refreshed. One suggestion would be clearer shop hours; having them displayed on doors would make them easier to understand. I definitely want to stay at Hatago VISON again!
