■Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (latest). If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM due to local traffic conditions, please be sure to contact us in advance. Only if we are contacted in advance, we may be able to accommodate arrivals up to about 30 minutes later. If we do not hear from you, or if you arrive after 6:30 PM, your Reservation will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
■If staying with pets: small/medium dogs are JPY 1,500 per dog per night; large dogs are JPY 5,000 per dog per night.
■For guests bringing pets: please read the Pet Stay Agreement in advance. (You will be asked to sign it at check-in.)
■To prepare your Room, please inform us in advance whether you will bring a dog, the number of dogs, and the breed(s).
■During winter season, an additional heating fee applies. (October/November/April: JPY 2,000 per Room per night; December–March: JPY 3,000 per Room per night)
■Child rates: elementary school children are charged from 50% of the adult rate (varies by Plan).
■For children aged 3 and over who require bedding: charged from 40% of the adult rate (varies by Plan). If no bedding is required, a Facility usage fee of JPY 2,000 applies.
No amenities such as towels are included.
■Children under age 3 stay free of charge. Please do not include children under age 3 in the number of guests when making your Reservation.

Some Rooms come with a dog run, allowing you to stay with large dogs as well. With an open-air structure, you can directly enter your Room through the courtyard. All Rooms are equipped with mini kitchens, and the spacious Rooms are perfect for self-catering! 【Annex】 The Annex features two-story maisonette-style Rooms, which can also be used as a connecting Room setup for a whole building rental. The Annex also includes mini kitchens and welcomes dogs.
