The Onsen is a beautiful blue color. The open-air bath is set in lush nature and very relaxing. The meals are delicious, and the restaurant is a lovely wooden building; since it has private rooms, you can dine at a leisurely pace. The staff were very kind—because it was raining, they came to greet us in the parking lot with an umbrella. There were many international staff members, so there were moments when Japanese was hard to communicate in, but everyone was hardworking and friendly. The building feels old, but the inside is clean with a cozy mountain-lodge atmosphere. I stayed on a weekday in June and was surprised at how affordable it was considering how good the service was. When I visit Yufuin, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again.

It’s tucked away in the mountains.It was almost chilly.It felt like being in another world…An Accommodation with a truly special atmosphere.Guests can enjoy tea, alcohol, and snacks without limits.The hot spring water was a first-time sensation!The blue-tinted water left my skin silky smooth.We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath,and it was the best feeling.Everyone at the Accommodation was so kind.It’s truly a wonderful place.Since there is forest around, there are insects…If you really can’t handle bugs at all, it may be better to choose a Room that is not in a detached building.Thank you so much for taking such great care of us.We will definitely visit again.

This beauty-enhancing bath with its rich, velvety feel soothes both body and mind.
Our highly rare Onsen, “Aoyu,” is one of the most exceptional in The whole country. It is a unique hot spring found only in this area of Yufuin. Its most distinctive feature is that the water gradually changes to a blue color over time. The water feels silky and slightly slippery on the skin—like soaking in lotion—and after bathing your skin becomes smooth and soft, leaving it so moisturized you may not even need lotion. * Aoyu is known as the “Miracle Bath.” Depending on natural conditions, its color changes, and it is a mysterious Onsen that is rare nationwide—also called a beauty-skin bath or “lotion bath.”
We continually refine both our heart and our craft to serve dishes that delight our guests. Please enjoy a variety of dishes that bring out the natural flavors of carefully selected ingredients.
