    Just as the title says!It was great to be able to watch the Lake Toya fireworks right in front of us! Our kids also enjoyed the bingo game!This Hotel was the best part of our trip to Hokkaido! We’d definitely love to stay again!

  • It’s been a year since we last stayed here in June of last year.

    I came back to enjoy the fireworks again. We stayed in the same Japanese-Western style room as last time. The view from the 6th floor was perfect, and since it was a beautifully clear day, the scenery was amazing. The washbasin had a crack, but I assumed it couldn’t be helped given that the Hotel is quite old overall; however, everything was very clean, so I was satisfied. If I had to ask for one thing, I briefly thought that if the two chairs and table at the foot of the bed were placed by the window, we could sit and enjoy the view.Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious.The steak, Jingisukan (grilled lamb), and kamameshi were especially outstanding. The staff kept moving around the large dining hall nonstop and handled refills and clearing dishes efficiently, which left a great impression. The yogurt mousse with lemon at breakfast was something I’ve never seen at other hotels, and it was truly delicious. Next to the dessert there was a note saying “there’s always room for sweets,” and I completely agreed.Watching the fireworks by the lakeside and enjoying an Onsen with a spectacular view overlooking the lake made for wonderful memories.I would love to visit again.Thank you very much for your hospitality.
