  • It was excellent! Just one thing.

    The Room was spacious and had a sofa, so we could relax comfortably, and the bath was wonderful—like a stone bath. If I may mention just one thing, since pets are allowed and there is a small garden, it would have been even better if it were fenced so that small dogs could run around. Of course, even without that it was more than good enough! We would love to stay again.

  • [Important] Notice of Onsen Supply Termination and Switch to Heated Water (Regular Hot Water)

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Crystal Villa.
    Due to unavoidable circumstances, we will discontinue the supply of Onsen water to guest rooms as of Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
    From Thursday, October 1, the open-air baths and indoor baths in guest rooms will be provided with regular heated water.
    We sincerely apologize to guests who have looked forward to enjoying our Onsen, and for this sudden announcement that may not meet your expectations.
    Although the Onsen service will end, we will strive more than ever to improve our services so that you can continue to enjoy a comfortable stay in a private setting.
    We kindly ask for your understanding.

    Please note that “Sandanbeki,” “Senjojiki,” and “SLG” will continue to offer Onsen.
