The villa "Wanpaina," inspired by the islands of Hawaii, is located just a 30-second walk from Onuki Beach, which boasts the finest sand in the Futtsu area. This exclusive-use cottage welcomes large dogs and features a private lawn dog run for each Property. Guests can also enjoy a BBQ on the covered wooden deck, savoring fresh seafood. The interior is spacious with underfloor heating, and the garden is equipped with a wooden deck and outdoor water faucet. The Property accommodates up to 6 guests.
We stayed at Wanpaina in Futtsu, coming from a landlocked prefecture. It was getting chilly in the mornings and evenings, but the underfloor heating kept our dog comfortable. The living room, reminiscent of Hawaii, was a Room with an oceanfront location. The sunset was especially stunning, making us want to come back again!

Wanpaina is a concept villa inspired by the islands of Hawaii. Just a 30-second walk to Onuki Beach, renowned for having the finest sand in the Futtsu area! Enjoy a journey through the islands while feeling the sea breeze. Bring your large dogs along! A private rental villa/cottage where you can feel the ocean breeze. Each villa features a grassy dog run that will satisfy your furry friends! With a fenced garden, you can relax and enjoy your stay with peace of mind. You can also enjoy a BBQ on the covered wooden deck. The Boso Peninsula is known for its rich bounty of seafood! Be sure to savor the freshly caught seafood. We also offer BBQ equipment rentals, including easy-to-use charcoal setups.
You can stay together with your dog.
At Wanpaina, you can bring up to three small or medium-sized dogs for free. At the Lehua Villa and Paina Annex, large dogs are also welcome (with specific conditions). The interior features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a high ceiling. From the living room, you can directly access the wooden deck and garden, allowing both people and dogs to play stress-free. The first floor is tiled for easy walking for dogs (with underfloor heating in the living room). Feel free to enjoy both the indoor space and the garden off-leash. Even first-time traveling dogs can feel at ease. We provide a dog playpen, toilet sheets, and dog amenities. Additionally, there are outdoor faucets and showers for washing off after walks or playing in the sea right in front of the Facility, ensuring comfort for both humans and dogs.

The vacation homes and cottages operated by Kotomaru are CONCEPT VILLAs that enhance your journey. Wanpaina is designed with the goal of being a "just right size" for you to enjoy with family and friends.
