[Measures to Ensure Safe Use for Our Guests] In response to the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, we are implementing the following preventive measures: ■ Disinfectant is provided at the reception area (management center) and disinfectant and hand soap are available within the Property (each villa building) for hand sanitization. ■ Measures to prevent droplet transmission have been implemented at the reception counter. ■ Regular ventilation is conducted at the reception area (management center). ■ Guests staying at the Property will undergo a health check, including temperature measurement, at check-in while avoiding direct face-to-face contact as a preventive measure. In cases of fever or cold symptoms, we will seek guidance from the nearest health center, including on weekends, and respond appropriately. ■ If guests experience fever, cough, or body fatigue while using the Facility, they are requested to immediately inform the front desk, and we recommend reporting to the health center or visiting a medical institution as necessary. ■ Thorough disinfection is conducted during regular cleaning after check-out. (Focus is placed on areas touched by guests within the room, such as doorknobs, handles, switches, and remote controls.) ■ The keys to the villa buildings are disinfected after each return. ■ We have strengthened health management for employees, conducting health checks, including temperature measurement, at the start of work. Employees with symptoms such as fever, cough, phlegm, or body fatigue are required to stay at home and not report to work. ■ All employees are required to wear masks and, if necessary, face shields during work. ■ Employees are required to frequently wash hands, gargle, and sanitize their hands. We prioritize the safety of our guests and on-site staff and will continue to implement all possible preventive measures to ensure our guests can use our services with peace of mind.
