  • A Relaxing, Leisurely Trip

    This was our first stay.My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair.The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel.We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent!However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable...Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor.It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon!Thank you for your hospitality.

  • Enjoy a truly unique getaway.

    The Room was very spacious, and the view from the large, open balcony was amazing.It’s the perfect space to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing time.The private open-air bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water in the guest Room was wonderful, and I was happy to be able to enjoy an exceptional soak in complete privacy as many times as I liked.The buffet dining was also high quality, with a great selection of appealing dishes including fresh local ingredients—I was very satisfied.I will definitely stay here again when I visit Atami.
