We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 【For Our Guests】 ＜1＞Shared Areas ・Placement of disinfectant solutions ・Regular disinfection of frequently touched surfaces ・Regular ventilation ・Request for mask-wearing (masks will be provided for those who do not have one) ・To ensure social distancing, we may limit the number of users in elevators, restaurants, large communal baths, and smoking rooms. ・Hand dryers in public spaces (restrooms) will be out of service. ＜2＞Accommodation ・Confirmation and signature of infection prevention measures at check-in Guests who do not agree may be refused accommodation. ・Thorough disinfection of frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs during room cleaning ・To ensure social distancing, the number of passengers in Shuttle Service vehicles will be limited. ＜3＞Breakfast Restaurant ・Temperature checks before entry (guests with a temperature of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed entry) ・Cooperation in wearing masks and disinfecting hands with alcohol upon entry ・Request for the use of gloves when serving food at the buffet (disposable gloves will be provided to guests upon arrival) ・Provision of disposable chopsticks upon request ・Efforts to maintain distance between guests by arranging seats and tables with sufficient spacing and installing partitions ・Opening ventilation windows and conducting regular ventilation 【For Our Staff】 ・Temperature checks upon reporting to work ・Mandatory reporting and home isolation in case of fever or respiratory symptoms ・Mask-wearing by staff in the front desk, restaurant, kitchen, and room cleaning areas ・Thorough handwashing, hand disinfection, and gargling ・Refraining from entering or participating in public entertainment facilities or events with large crowds ・Prohibition of overseas travel for staff for the time being
