● As a measure to prevent coronavirus infection, we may offer smart check-in or smart check-out without staff assistance to avoid direct face-to-face contact. We also conduct identity verification (ID check) and temperature checks for all travelers, so we ask for your cooperation. If you experience fever or feel unwell, please contact the front desk immediately as we will seek guidance from the health center. Additionally, we thoroughly disinfect frequently touched areas within the cottage (doorknobs, light switches, remote controls), as well as water areas such as the kitchen, toilet, bath, and washbasin, and tableware. We ask you to refrain from trips involving large gatherings, as they are generally considered high risk, and to wear masks and use alcohol disinfectant when going out. As measures for our employees, we conduct temperature checks upon arrival at work, daily health management, alcohol disinfection, and require the wearing of masks and, if necessary, face shields during work and cleaning.
