Our Property's Measures Against COVID-19 (Updated Regularly) At our Property, we are taking the following measures to prioritize the health of our guests and public hygiene. ■ Maximum Occupancy To ensure social distancing, we are limiting stays to 1–2 guests per Room and arranging dining tables to maintain non-face-to-face seating. For the time being, the maximum occupancy is 24 guests for accommodation and 18 guests for dining. Main Building 2F: 3 Rooms Annex: 3 Rooms Hall 2F: 3 Rooms Separate Building: 3 Rooms ■ Non-contact temperature checks upon entry and before breakfast ■ Continuous ventilation by opening windows and doors and operating exhaust fans. ■ Disinfection of bedding: - Removal of all covers from mattresses, duvets, and pillows - Washing and drying of covers - Sun-drying and disinfecting of bedding and pillows - Disinfection method: Temporarily sealing the Room and using an ozone generator for deodorization and sterilization → Please use the bedding marked as disinfected. ■ In addition to regular cleaning, frequently touched surfaces are wiped with alcohol*-infused paper towels during patrols. (e.g., doorknobs, handles, remote controls, switches) ■ Placement of alcohol* disinfectant or hypochlorous acid water (approximately 100ppm) at the entrances of each building and various locations within the Property. ■ Continuous humidification with water using humidifiers. *Discontinuation of hypochlorous acid water spraying (e.g., entrance, hallways, hall, dining room, living room) ■ In the dining room, "Social Distance Space" signboards are displayed on seats or tables to maintain spacing. ■ Dining tables are arranged to accommodate "units of up to 4 guests (excluding children)" starting November 21. Depending on the number of guests, we may ask you to dine in a different Room within the Property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. ■ Ongoing deodorization and sterilization within the Property using ozone generators ■ Staff are required to wear masks at all times and monitor their health (temperature checks before work, regular gargling, and handwashing). ■ Promotion of cashless payments, including for group Plans. (Credit cards, electronic money, QR codes) *Alcohol: Currently, we are using ethanol-based products. We kindly ask guests who are feeling unwell to refrain from visiting the Property. While we strive to provide the best possible service, there may be instances where we inconvenience our guests or request their cooperation. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize preventive measures.
