1. Party use is strictly prohibited.
2. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the Property premises and buildings. Please note that many areas in Edogawa Ward are designated as no-smoking zones on the streets. We kindly ask you to smoke only in permitted areas, such as in front of convenience stores. Special cleaning and deodorization fees will be charged after check-out.
3. Actions that may disturb other guests, such as loud conversations, playing music, karaoke, or playing musical instruments, are strictly prohibited.
4. We kindly request all guests to ensure no fever upon entry, sanitize hands, keep ventilation fans on, and avoid the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) during your stay.
5. In the event of complaints from other guests, you may be asked to leave the premises even during nighttime. A complaint handling and nighttime emergency response fee of 11,000 yen will be charged.
6. Entry by non-registered guests is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized entry is confirmed, an additional fee of 20,000 yen per person will be charged.
7. In the case of incidents such as vomiting, compensation for damaged or soiled items will be charged.
8. The use of illegal drugs or similar substances will be immediately reported to the police.

In accordance with the Ryokan Business Act, guest information and security camera footage may be submitted upon request from the government, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, police, or health department. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
