1. Party use is strictly prohibited.
2. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the Property premises and buildings. Please note that many areas in Koto Ward are designated as no-smoking zones on the streets. We kindly ask you to smoke only in permitted areas, such as in front of convenience stores. Special cleaning and deodorization fees will be charged after your departure.
3. Activities that may disturb other guests, such as loud conversations, playing music, karaoke, or musical instrument performances, are prohibited.
4. Please cooperate with measures to avoid the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) during your stay, including ensuring all guests have no fever upon entry, sanitizing hands, and keeping ventilation fans on.
5. In the event of complaints from other guests, you may be asked to leave the Property even during nighttime. A complaint handling and nighttime emergency response fee of 11,000 yen will be charged.
6. Entry by non-registered guests is not allowed. If unauthorized entry is confirmed, an additional fee of 20,000 yen per person will be charged.
7. For incidents such as vomiting, compensation for damaged or soiled items will be charged.
8. The use of illegal drugs or similar substances will be immediately reported to the police.

In accordance with the Ryokan Business Act, guest information and security camera footage may be submitted upon request from the government, Tokyo Metropolitan Government, police, or health authorities. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
