Savor grilled dishes prepared in our kiln grande while admiring the nature of Karuizawa, all alongside your furry friend. Special meals for dogs are also available.

  • We had a great time with our dog.

    The Room was spacious, and with three of us plus one dog in a Room with four beds, we were able to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen at a leisurely pace.It was a second-floor Room with no elevator, and it was a bit far from the parking lot, which was a slight downside. However, for a weekend stay, the Room was large, the dog run facilities were excellent, the Onsen was great, and dinner offered a well-stocked half-buffet—there was so much food that we couldn’t even finish the main meat dish.During the day, we enjoyed exploring Karuizawa and visiting the outlet mall—the location is also very convenient. We had such a fulfilling stay that we immediately made a Reservation for our sister Hotel in Oku-Nikko for one month later!We would love to stay again.

A separate pet fee of JPY 4,400 for one dog or JPY 6,600 for two dogs (tax included) must be paid at the front desk. At check-in, we will take a copy of your ID and ask you to sign the pet stay agreement. Proof of rabies vaccination and a combination vaccine (5-way or more) is required. *If your pet cannot be vaccinated for any reason, please contact us in advance. Any items damaged or soiled by your pet will be charged in full at actual cost.
