Notice from the Accommodation
■As this is a private lodging Accommodation, it is located in a regular residential apartment building.
There is no front desk or on-site staff; self check-in only.
From 2 days before your stay up to the day of arrival, we will inform you of your Room number and how to unlock the door.
■Important Notes
- Lost items will be kept for 3 days and then disposed of. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like an item mailed, it will be sent cash on delivery (recipient pays shipping).
- Please take recyclable waste and bulky waste with you.
- Do not dispose of trash in the garbage area outside the building entrance under any circumstances.
- Pets are not allowed.
JPY 20,000 penalty
- The Room is strictly non-smoking. Please also refrain from smoking in the hallway or anywhere on the building premises.
If smoking occurs, we will charge JPY 20,000 as a cleaning fee.
JPY 10,000 penalty
- If you lose the card key, we will charge JPY 10,000.
- For soiling such as vomit due to excessive intoxication, we will charge JPY 10,000 as a cleaning fee.
Other penalties
- In cases of malicious damage to Facilities/equipment, we will charge the actual cost of repairs/replacement.

It is about a 3-minute walk to the building from Exit 7 of Shiroishi Station.
