Notice of Renovation Work
Our Hotel is currently undergoing guestroom renovation work (scheduled through late October).
If you plan to stay with us during this period, please review the information below.

■ Demolition work schedule
Demolition work will be carried out in guestrooms on the dates below, and construction noise may be particularly noticeable.

＜6F＞ June 30 (Tue) – July 4 (Sat)
＜5F＞ July 14 (Tue) – July 18 (Sat)
＜4F＞ July 28 (Tue) – August 1 (Sat)
＜3F＞ August 11 (Tue) – August 15 (Sat)
＜2F＞ August 25 (Tue) – August 29 (Sat)

* Construction noise may occur intermittently regardless of the dates listed above.
■ Plumbing work
Due to plumbing work, the following issues may occur intermittently:
- Water may not run
- Hot water may come out unexpectedly
- Red rust particles may appear in the water
- Air conditioning may not function properly (no cool air)
In most cases, these issues are temporary.
Depending on Facility conditions, we may need to shut off water in guestrooms for an extended period on short notice.
Once this is Done, guests staying that day will be informed in advance by the front desk.
