At Hanamuro Hotels, we are implementing the following measures: Room Disinfection Before check-in, all Rooms are disinfected, including areas such as toilets, doorknobs, desks, switches, and hairdryers that are frequently touched. We use sheets from a "laundry facility" approved by the health department. For pillowcases, we use waterproof-backed covers for extra precaution and wash them thoroughly. Disposable Room slippers are provided for each guest. Shared Areas We regularly clean, disinfect, and ventilate shared Facilities such as the front desk, dining areas, and staircases, as well as other commonly touched areas. Hand sanitizers are placed in guest Rooms and shared spaces for your convenience. Dining To avoid crowding, we have added more seating to ensure sufficient space. In the case of full occupancy, meals are served at designated times for each guest to maintain adequate spacing while enjoying your dining experience. Room service dining is also available upon request. We do not allow the sharing of tongs or chopsticks. Requests to Guests We kindly ask all guests to cooperate with temperature checks upon check-in. We also request hand sanitization and mask-wearing when entering shared areas or local shops on the island. Staff Health Our staff are required to report their health conditions and wear masks and protective eyewear at all times.
