This was my first stay since I started using a wheelchair!The Room was on the second floor, but the bathroom was also barrier-free, so I had a very comfortable stay!However, when I needed extra pillows and such, I had to go to the front desk to pick them up, which was inconvenient...Also, it costs 1,000 yen... but there is an accessible parking space in front of the Hotel, which was very convenient!

The amenities are well stocked, and the welcome dashi is a nice touch. The single room is spacious enough. Even for a Multiple Night Stay, the eco-friendly cleaning service is hassle-free, so I’ve stayed here many times.
