~Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19~ [Main Measures] 1. Temperature Checks Guests with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, as well as those who are feeling unwell, are kindly requested to refrain from staying at the Property. *The 37.5°C guideline is based on government recommendations. 2. Increased Availability of Alcohol-Based Sanitizers As the Property is reserved entirely for one group, there is no contact with other guests within the Facility. However, we have increased the availability of sanitizers to create a safer and more comfortable environment. We kindly ask for your cooperation in using alcohol-based sanitizers as needed during your stay. 3. Staff Wearing Masks and Face Shields For the health and safety of our guests and in consideration of public health, staff members wear masks when interacting with guests. Additionally, face shields are worn as necessary. 4. Contactless Check-In and Check-Out - During check-in and check-out, guests are required to input their information using the iPad provided at the Facility. Prior to arrival, we may Confirm the Reservation details, including health status and travel routes, through the Reservation site. - Alcohol-based sanitization is conducted on frequently touched areas as follows: Door handles, knobs, light switches, desks, tables, trash bins, tablets, air conditioning control panels, hangers, TV remotes, pens, faucet levers, trash bins, toilet control panels, toilet seats, toilet paper holders, hair dryers, telephones, and various amenities.
