  • Basically, it’s good. It’s just a little unfriendly.

    I was satisfied about 90%.I used it for business (solo).However, perhaps because there have been many foreign guests coming and going lately, I felt the staff were generally unfriendly and seemed bothered.I don’t think they meant any harm, but given the current situation in Japan, I can see how it might come across that way.I understand they are maintaining services while keeping costs down, so I hope they keep it up and that their efforts don’t go to waste.
