Just about 7 minutes by train from Shinjuku, the center of business and tourism, Koenji is renowned as the "sanctuary of subculture." Located in a prime spot along the rotary in front of the north exit of JR Koenji Station, we offer a relaxing space with 40 rooms. All guest rooms feature individual air conditioning, allowing guests to adjust the temperature comfortably, and the windows in the rooms can be opened for ventilation. Single rooms can also be used as connecting rooms.
I’ve been staying here for years, so I always feel at ease. It’s close to the station, and there are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and reasonably priced places to eat nearby. It’s also fun to take a walk around town.
