The cuisine, featuring local mountain and sea delicacies, especially Kue fish dishes, Wakayama's Kumano beef, and local seafood, is exceptional. All rooms share bathrooms and toilets, but the Onsen with a sulfur aroma provides full-body relaxation, and there is also an open-air bath to gaze at the stars.
I was very satisfied because I prefer free-flowing Onsen straight from the source (I don’t like recirculated baths).For those who like natural hot spring water, the open-air bath seems especially highly rated.It’s also great that families can bathe together.All of the meals were delicious—nothing felt like an afterthought.I love places with a Showa-era atmosphere, so I’d like to visit again someday.
