At our Facility, we strictly adhere to the new travel etiquette guidelines set by the Japan Tourism Agency. High-touch surfaces and areas, such as stair railings and windows, are regularly disinfected, and guest rooms are sanitized with disinfectant during cleaning. At check-in, we conduct temperature checks and identity verification while maintaining appropriate social distancing. Additionally, we ensure thorough health management of our staff, including temperature checks and health assessments, and any staff member with even minor health concerns is required to stay at home. During work hours, our staff wear masks or face shields.
