This is a very comfortable and pleasant Hotel.The Hotel is located right in the center of Old Karuizawa, within an easy and enjoyable walking distance for an early-morning breakfast.All the staff were welcoming and friendly, always with a smile.We were upgraded as there was availability, and they even let us check the Room before check-in.There are chairs along the corridor leading to the lobby, making it a nice spot to sit and relax.Thanks to everyone on the staff, we were able to enjoy a truly relaxing stay.Thank you very much.
