This signature breakfast features plenty of locally sourced ingredients, supervised by local food designer Tomoko Ozawa of MOKOMESHI. The daily French toast uses items such as croissants from “Nezu no Pan,” fermented and baked with homemade yeast. Our open sandwiches are made with rye bread from “Bakery Miura,” crafted with house-milled flour and natural yeast.
You can also enjoy a variety of local ingredients in different dishes, including produce from Hagiwara Seika in Yanesen and Ota Ham. Vegan options are available to suit a wide range of dietary preferences.
