  • The Onsen and breakfast were excellent!

    The natural Onsen was very clean, with an alkaline spring quality that felt silky-smooth and wonderfully soothing. I used it three times. Since I could check availability, I was able to enjoy it privately without sharing with others.

  • I had a wonderful Golden Week.

    We used this Hotel for a family trip. The price was a great value, especially with the welcome drink and breakfast included. Since it was a busy season, the welcome drink and breakfast areas were very crowded, but we were allowed to take the food back to our Room, so it wasn’t like we couldn’t get anything at all.One thing to note: if you lock the Room from the inside, it cannot be unlocked with the password (this is not explained in the information provided, so please be careful). I asked my child to lock it when I went out at night, but when I returned I couldn’t open the Room door. My child had fallen asleep, and we ended up causing trouble for the Hotel staff.
