    It was a very attentive Hotel.The Room was thoroughly cleaned and felt very clean,and the meals were delicious, which made my family very happy.Above all, the staff always greeted us with a smile, and I’m glad we chose this Hotel.

  • It was wheelchair-friendly!

    We stayed with the No Meals Included plan, just the two of us—my daughter, who uses a wheelchair, and me—and the staff were very kind and helpful, so we had a comfortable stay.There was also a grand piano in the lobby that we could play, and my child seemed to really enjoy it.The price was very reasonable too!

    Nagano Prefecture has decided to introduce an Accommodation Tax to promote sustainable tourism.
    Accordingly, for stays from June 1, 2026 onward, an Accommodation Tax will be charged based on the Accommodation Fee.

    At our Accommodation, in accordance with Nagano Prefecture regulations, if the Accommodation Fee is JPY 6,600 (tax included) or more per person per night, an Accommodation Tax of JPY 200 will be collected on-site.

    *Please note: The Accommodation Tax is not included in the Accommodation Fee at the time of Reservation. Please pay it separately at check-in. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Our property is also conveniently located as a base for sightseeing at Kurobe Dam and Tateyama.
