[Notice of Renovation Work to Improve Electrical Safety]
We will be carrying out renovation work to improve the safety of our electrical systems.
During the construction period, workers may be present on the premises and inside the building, and there may be construction noise. Please note that staff will not enter guest rooms.
In addition, on Friday, October 23, a planned power outage will be conducted for an electrical inspection. All electrical systems throughout the building, including guest rooms, will be unavailable during this time. Please review the details below.

Monday, October 19 to Friday, October 23, 2026
9:00–18:00
■Planned Power Outage (Electrical Inspection)
Friday, October 23, 2026
Scheduled for 11:00–13:00
■During the Power Outage (Oct 23, 11:00–13:00)
・Power will be shut off throughout the building; lighting, refrigerators, outlets/charging points, and other electrical equipment will not be available.
・Elevators will not be available.
・Air-conditioning throughout the building (including guest rooms) will stop.
・In-building Wi-Fi will not be available.
・Hot water supply equipment will stop; hot water in sinks and bathrooms will not be available.
・For inspection purposes, workers may enter corridors on each floor.
・Depending on work conditions, the outage may be extended.
・Late check-out on October 23, 2026 is not available.
・For guests with a Multiple Night Stay , please note that your stay may overlap with the outage period; please confirm in advance.
