    I stayed here for two days while my child had baseball games in Iwamizawa.It was just over a 20-minute drive from Iwamizawa, and having an Onsen was great.Also, since I needed to use ice packs the next day, I asked the front desk if they could freeze them for me. It was a bit of an imposition, but they kindly agreed.It really helped—thank you very much.The only slightly disappointing point was that the water pressure at the sink was a bit weak.I also thought it would be nice if there were an ice machine.If I have another chance to visit the area, I would like to stay at this Accommodation again.Thank you for your hospitality.

  • No toilet, but clean.

    There is no toilet or bath in the Room, but it feels calm and comfortable to use—not like a pension. The Facility is also very clean, and after public use ends at 9:00 PM, the Onsen becomes essentially private. I think it’s a very good Facility.

    To contribute to environmental conservation and maintain stable services despite recent price increases, our hotel will introduce eco-cleaning for guests with a Multiple Night Stay. This change aims to sustain Accommodation Fees while ensuring quality service.

    Starting from Wednesday, April 1, 2026

    [Cleaning Details]
    - Regular Room cleaning will be conducted every three nights (the first cleaning on the morning of the fourth day).
    - On non-cleaning days, staff will not enter your Room. Fresh linens will be provided outside your Room. Please use the collection boxes and trash bins in the item corner for used linens and garbage disposal.

    *For guests staying 2–3 nights, regular cleaning during your stay will not be provided.

    If you wish to request regular cleaning on an eco-cleaning day, please inform the front desk at check-in.

    For hygiene purposes, regular cleaning is conducted every three nights for Multiple Night Stays.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting our sustainable initiatives while continuing to offer reasonable prices at our Hotel.
