Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Satsuma Golf Resort/Satsuma Resort Hotel. At our Property, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. We kindly ask for your cooperation. 【Hotel】 We request that guests sanitize their hands and wear masks upon entering the Property. Area tape has been placed inside the elevators, so we ask for your cooperation in limiting the number of users. 【Front Desk】 A protective shield has been installed at the front desk counter to prevent droplet transmission. Used pens will be replaced and disinfected each time. Room keys and other items will be handed over using a tray. 【Restaurant】 We kindly ask for your cooperation in sanitizing your hands and wearing masks when visiting the restaurant. Menu books will be disinfected each time. Tables will be disinfected after each use. Restaurant bills will be handled without requiring a signature, and a copy of the bill will be provided. Buffet service is currently suspended, and some menu items have been adjusted. To maintain social distancing, the number of seats has been reduced, so there may be a slight wait. 【Facilities within the Hotel】 Public Bath: Disinfectant is provided in front of the washbasins. Pool: To avoid crowding in the locker rooms, we kindly ask guests to change in their rooms before using the pool. Table Tennis Room: Only one table per group will be available for use, and it will be disinfected after each use. Billiards: Only one group will be allowed at a time, and the equipment will be disinfected after each use. Ground Golf: Clubs and balls will be disinfected after each use. Tennis: Loaned rackets and balls will be disinfected after each use. Karaoke Box: Only one group per room per day will be allowed. 【Other】 Employees will undergo temperature checks, sanitize their hands, and wear masks. We will continue to work on preventing the spread of COVID-19 while ensuring the health and safety of our guests and employees.
