  • The cloudy hot spring water is amazing.

    The smart check-in was easy and convenient.The Room, the bath, and the lounge on the 3rd floor were all very nice.As for the meals, it was a course dinner that felt luxurious, and alcoholic drinks were all-you-can-drink.I think it would be better if guests could add the steak sauce to their liking. Will the menu be the same on the second night as well?

  • The view overlooking Lake Chuzenji is breathtaking.

    Enjoying a drink at the Lake View Lounge while overlooking Lake Chuzenji was incredibly relaxing. The fact that all drinks, including alcoholic beverages, were complimentary was highly satisfying. If anything, I would suggest reconsidering the meal options slightly, but overall, I was very pleased.
