To ensure a pleasant stay for our guests, our Property has implemented the following measures: We kindly ask guests who have traveled abroad within the past two weeks to refrain from staying at our Property. If you are feeling unwell, we would appreciate it if you could consider rescheduling your stay. Please contact us by phone for inquiries and assistance in such cases. - All staff undergo temperature checks and health assessments before starting their shifts. They are also instructed to practice thorough handwashing and gargling, and to promptly report any signs of illness. - All staff will wear masks while serving guests. - Disinfection is carried out in guest Rooms, public spaces, door handles, Room keys, and inside elevators. - Disinfectant sprays and "Cleverin" are placed in shared spaces such as the lobby and in all guest Rooms. - Acrylic partitions are installed at the front desk to prevent droplet transmission. - Senkei features detached-style accommodations (15 Rooms in total, with a maximum of 4 Rooms in a row), and Yamabaso offers fully detached accommodations (5 Rooms), ensuring minimal interaction with other guests. - A dedicated staff member will attend to you from check-in to check-out (Senkei and Yamabaso). - All guest Rooms are equipped with windows that can be freely opened and closed for ventilation. *Example of a guest Room (Image: Yamabaso "Yamabuki") - Both Senkei and Yamabaso offer in-Room dining for breakfast and dinner. For larger groups or groups with multiple Rooms, a private dining area will be arranged exclusively for your party, ensuring no interaction with other guests. - For meals, we provide "Hinoki" chopsticks, which have antibacterial properties. - The bath in your Room is 100% natural hot spring water. - Air purifiers are installed in the changing rooms of the large communal baths. - The Onsen temperature in the large communal baths is adjusted to 40–41 degrees Celsius, the optimal range for boosting immunity.
