To ensure a safe and secure stay for all guests, we may request your cooperation in certain situations. We kindly ask for your understanding and support. Below are the details of "Avoiding Crowded Spaces" and "Infection Prevention Measures" at Kinu no Keikoku Hekiryuu: A. Prevention of Droplet Infection - Staff will wear masks. - Guests are requested to wear masks as much as possible except during meals. - A partition has been installed on the front counter desk. - Markers have been placed in front of the reception area to maintain social distancing while waiting in line. - Lobby seating arrangements have been adjusted to avoid face-to-face seating. - Entry restrictions apply for smoking rooms. B. Prevention of Contact Infection - The number of rooms available will be adjusted temporarily. - Cash transactions will use cash trays instead of direct hand-to-hand exchange. - Check-in and check-out should be handled by one representative per group. - Staff will avoid direct contact with guests except in emergencies. - Dining tables are arranged with sufficient distance between them. - If adequate spacing cannot be ensured during meals, dining times will be staggered accordingly. - All meals provided will be individual servings. - Staff serving food will wear disposable gloves during service. - Use of public baths may require staggered schedules to prevent crowding. - Regular cleaning and disinfection are conducted for changing areas, baskets, chairs, etc., in public baths. - Access to some facilities may be restricted temporarily. – Massage chair usage is suspended until further notice. C. Cleaning & Disinfection Measures for Shared Spaces & Frequently Touched Items – Loaned items must remain with guests from check-in until check-out without return during their stay. – Tables and chairs used by guests are disinfected with alcohol after each use. – Hand sanitizers are placed at entrances, reception desks, elevators, lobbies, restaurants, etc., throughout the facility. – Non-alcoholic disinfectant is provided near welcome drink servers; drinks can also now only take away options offered instead. D.Virus Mitigation Efforts (Airborne/Floor Surfaces) -Ventilation across dining venues/facilities occurs regularly ensuring airflow circulation effectively maintained indoors alongside other hygiene protocols enforced strictly! -Bedding services inside guestroom premises paused indefinitely till further notice! -Cough etiquette compliance emphasized amongst both employees/customers alike!
