Below are the measures for avoiding the "Three Cs" and infection prevention at Panorama Inn Yamanakako:
A. Prevention of Droplet Infection
- Employees will wear masks.
- Guests are requested to wear masks as much as possible, except during meals.
- A partition will be installed on the front counter.
- Markers will be placed in front of the front desk to avoid crowding while waiting in line.
- Lobby seating arrangements will be adjusted to avoid face-to-face seating.
- Entry to the smoking room will be restricted.
B. Prevention of Contact Infection
- The number of guest rooms in use will be adjusted for a certain period.
- Cash transactions will be conducted using a cash tray instead of hand-to-hand exchange.
- Check-in and check-out should be handled by one representative per group.
- Employees will avoid direct contact with guests except in emergencies.
- Adequate distance will be maintained between dining tables.
- If sufficient distance cannot be maintained between dining tables, meal times will be staggered.
- All meals provided will be individual servings.
- Employees will wear disposable gloves during meal service.
- To avoid congestion, guests may be asked to use the public bath at staggered times.
- Regular cleaning and disinfection will be conducted in the dressing rooms and washing areas of the public bath, including baskets and chairs.
- Use of certain Facilities will be restricted.
- Use of massage chairs will be suspended for the time being.
C. Cleaning and Disinfection of High-Touch Surfaces in Shared Spaces
- Loaned items will not be returned until check-out.
- Tables and chairs will be disinfected with alcohol after use.
- Disinfectant will be provided at various locations (entrance, front desk, elevator areas, lobby, restaurant, etc.).
- Non-alcohol disinfectant will be provided at the welcome drink server.
- Welcome drinks will be available for takeout.
D. Measures Against Airborne and Floor Viruses
- The Property and dining areas will be thoroughly ventilated.
- Efforts will be made to ensure proper cough etiquette for both guests and employees.
