About Hygiene Measures
As society transitions to a new lifestyle of "living with COVID-19" following the spread and partial containment of the novel coronavirus, the Property listed on Oyado Net will continue to implement thorough measures to avoid the "Three Cs" (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings) and prevent infections. We may request the cooperation of our guests to ensure a safe and secure stay. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation. Below are the measures for avoiding the "Three Cs" and infection prevention at Panorama Inn Yamanakako: A. Prevention of Droplet Infection - Employees will wear masks. - Guests are requested to wear masks as much as possible, except during meals. - A partition will be installed on the front counter. - Markers will be placed in front of the front desk to avoid crowding while waiting in line. - Lobby seating arrangements will be adjusted to avoid face-to-face seating. - Entry to the smoking room will be restricted. B. Prevention of Contact Infection - The number of guest rooms in use will be adjusted for a certain period. - Cash transactions will be conducted using a cash tray instead of hand-to-hand exchange. - Check-in and check-out should be handled by one representative per group. - Employees will avoid direct contact with guests except in emergencies. - Adequate distance will be maintained between dining tables. - If sufficient distance cannot be maintained between dining tables, meal times will be staggered. - All meals provided will be individual servings. - Employees will wear disposable gloves during meal service. - To avoid congestion, guests may be asked to use the public bath at staggered times. - Regular cleaning and disinfection will be conducted in the dressing rooms and washing areas of the public bath, including baskets and chairs. - Use of certain Facilities will be restricted. - Use of massage chairs will be suspended for the time being. C. Cleaning and Disinfection of High-Touch Surfaces in Shared Spaces - Loaned items will not be returned until check-out. - Tables and chairs will be disinfected with alcohol after use. - Disinfectant will be provided at various locations (entrance, front desk, elevator areas, lobby, restaurant, etc.). - Non-alcohol disinfectant will be provided at the welcome drink server. - Welcome drinks will be available for takeout. D. Measures Against Airborne and Floor Viruses - The Property and dining areas will be thoroughly ventilated. - Efforts will be made to ensure proper cough etiquette for both guests and employees. E. Other Measures (At the Time of Reservation and Day of Use) - Guests are requested to take their temperature on the morning of their stay (to be recorded on the check-in card). - Guests feeling unwell will be isolated from others and have their temperature checked. - At check-in, all guests will be required to provide their names and addresses to facilitate contact tracing if necessary. F. Other Measures (Employee Actions) - Employees will wash hands, gargle, and disinfect upon arrival and departure, and will do so regularly during work hours. - After work, employees will promptly take a shower or bath to remove any viruses. - Employees will make efforts to avoid touching or rubbing their eyes, nose, or mouth while outside. - Employees will wash their hands before meals. - Gloves will be worn when collecting garbage, and disposable gloves will be used. - The kitchen will adhere to the company's hygiene standards.
