Tokyo Metropolis/Chiyoda CityA prime location offering the ultimate relaxation in every season.
Located in the heart of the city, the lush greenery of the Imperial Palace grounds offers a serene retreat. The seasonal landscapes gently soothe visitors with their beauty. The area where KKR Hotel Tokyo stands was once the site of the Hitotsubashi Tokugawa family's residence. The unique scenery of the expansive natural beauty of the Imperial Palace and the panoramic view of the bustling metropolis below is a special feature of this location. With direct access to the "Takebashi Station" subway and one of the most scenic spots in Tokyo, we warmly welcome you with heartfelt service for everything from accommodations to various banquets, parties, and weddings.
The entrance is just outside the ground-level exit of Takebashi Subway Station, and the Room is spacious with a great view of the Imperial Palace.
Yahoo!トラベルユー... 7/28/2026I chose this Hotel near the Imperial Palace for a trip to celebrate my birthday. My sightseeing plan focused mainly on the Imperial Palace area, Kanda-Jimbocho, and Ueno. It was a 2-night, 3-day trip. After checking the website and Reviews, I decided based on the view from the Room window, the breakfast buffet, and the location. When making my Reservation, I added comments about it being a special occasion and requested a good view from the window. On the day of arrival, I checked in around 4:00 PM feeling excited and nervous. The front desk was less crowded than expected, and everything went smoothly.Service The female staff member at reception had a badge that said “In Training,” but she was polite, clear, and so smooth that it didn’t feel like training at all. Partway through, an experienced female staff member helped with the procedure and chatted with me about my anniversary and stay; she felt very approachable and left a great impression. When they told me “Top floor!”, my expectations rose even more. Of course, the male staff member at check-out was also sharp and professional.Guest Room / Amenities Palace View Twin Room The Room felt slightly small for luggage on a Multiple Night Stay, but it was well equipped with amenities and I was satisfied overall. Above all—when I opened the curtains—the fresh green trees of the Imperial Palace grounds, the moat below, and even Tokyo’s Shinjuku skyline in the distance… what an incredible location! On our first day we could even see Mt. Fuji far away—so lucky. Morning light, sunset, night views—everything was amazing. I’m glad I requested a good view.Bathroom Three-piece unit (toilet / sink / bathtub) Because there wasn’t much space next to where you sit on the toilet seat (right up against wall), toilet paper holder is close to your body which made it slightly awkward to use.Breakfast / DiningWe had breakfast buffet for one day only—and with an Imperial Palace view! It instantly lifted our mood in morning!! Steak in morning! It tasted surprisingly delicious (my partner went back for seconds three times). Steak & omelets were prepared at live kitchen; chef’s smile is wonderful & he served us politely. If we had more room in stomach , we would have asked another serving — both taste & chef were excellent! There were plenty of Japanese- style dishes as well as Western options , so we were very satisfied . Salmon roe & sashimi were delicious. There is also takeout coffee service at entrance ; their thoughtfulness made us happy .AccessTakebashi Station is directly connected via Exit 3b , but if you have suitcase , head toward Exit 3a , take escalator up , turn left , then you’ll reach Hotel right away .For guests staying multiple nights or carrying lots of luggage , Exit 3a is recommended .
