    All the staff are wonderful, making this an excellent Hotel.The free, spacious parking is also a plus.Breakfast was very satisfying, and starting at 6:00 a.m. is very convenient for early departures.You need to be careful when climbing up and down the Room’s bunk bed, but you can sleep well.Above all, it offers outstanding value for money. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    This was my first time staying here.What impressed me most was this considerate Hotel, offering consistent rates even during peak seasons.I was pleasantly surprised by the kind and attentive service from the front desk staff at check-in (just after 3:00 PM). It wasn’t impersonal—they sincerely assisted each guest with care.I truly hope to stay at AZ Matsuyama Nishi again.The buffet also offered a wide variety of dishes and felt more than sufficient. Thank you very much for everything.
