First, the staff: in a good way, they were not overly formal, and their relaxed vibe and smiles were wonderful. The Room was also very comfortable. By chance, it was a Room without a bath, but lately I prefer the large public bath anyway, so it wasn’t an issue—and it was great that the toilet was just a few steps away with no steps to climb.And the large public bath is close!!There were 2–3 types of shampoo and conditioner, which was really helpful. I also used the cleansing oil and lotion.I appreciated the cold hand towel, and while many Hotels limit coffee to certain hours, I was happy that I could enjoy delicious coffee anytime.I also read through the service information, and all the essential services were well provided.Above all, check-in was available until quite late, which is a big plus.It felt like a great fit for the Tsuchiura location.And very reasonably priced!!Since I’m local (from a neighboring town), this was my first stay here—but I’d love to stay again.

When we bought ice cream outside and brought it back, it melted and started dripping onto the floor. Thank you to the female foreign staff member who immediately came over to help us. It was a great help.
