Directly connected to JR Takahata Station, just a 0-minute walk from the East Exit. Free parking available (about a 2-minute walk, suitable for large vehicles). 12 minutes from Yonezawa Kita IC on the Tohoku Chuo Expressway. Twin rooms with train views available on the second floor! Complimentary access to the adjacent Taiyokan Onsen. All rooms are non-smoking and equipped with humidifying air purifiers, Wi-Fi, and Simmons beds.
The Onsen inside the station is convenient because you can go there from the Hotel in the provided sleepwear. Breakfast was Japanese only, but it would have been nice to have Western options such as bread as well. Also, there was a plug for charging a mobile phone in the room, so I didn’t use my own charger, but when I checked in the morning it had only charged a little.
