We stayed here on my mother’s 88th birthday during a trip to celebrate her milestone. When I requested a cake in advance, they prepared a wonderful birthday plate, and the staff showed such thoughtful care to make it a surprise. It became a truly special day for both my mother and me. The food was delicious, and dinner was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it all. The breakfast buffet was just as the Reviews said—there was an amazing variety, and it made us excited from the morning. It was also fun just looking at all the little pig decorations throughout the Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Shin-Otsuka. Thank you very much.

The bath area was clean and the sauna was spacious, and being surrounded by lots of pigs made for a fun stay. The customer service was also very good, it’s close to Shin-Osaka Station, and I definitely want to come again!!
