    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of WeBase Hiroshima. We have confirmed incidents in which suspicious messages are being sent via messaging apps such as WhatsApp and by email, falsely claiming to be from our Hotel.

    These messages misuse Reservation information and attempt to direct guests to fake websites in order to steal credit card details.

    ■ Request from our Hotel
    Our Hotel will never ask you, via messaging apps such as WhatsApp, to re-enter your credit card information or complete any payment procedures. If you receive a suspicious message, please do not access any URL included in the message and delete the message immediately. If you have entered your credit card information on a suspicious website, please contact your card issuer promptly to suspend or stop use of the card.
